Job Summary

We are seeking a
highly experienced Embedded SME
to lead and drive embedded software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in
Embedded C
,
software development
, and
verification & validation
, along with strong leadership and program management capabilities.

Technical Expertise Required:

  • Strong experience in
    Embedded C
    programming.
  • Hands-on knowledge of communication protocols such as
    CAN, MODBUS, PROFINET, Ether CAT, RS-485, SPI, I2C, and UART
    .
  • Proven experience working with
    MNC GCC centers in Chennai
    .
  • Exposure to
    PMO/PSA tools
    for project and program management.
  • Experience in
    building and leading large technical teams
    (50–250 engineers).
  • Aspiration to grow into an
    Account Delivery Manager (ADM)
    role for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embedded Software Development:
    Design, implement, and maintain embedded systems.
  • Full SDLC Ownership:
    Lead activities across requirements, design, coding, testing, integration, and maintenance.
  • Verification & Validation:
    Oversee quality and functional safety standards.
  • Program Management:
    Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, quality, and timelines.
  • Customer Communication:
    Act as the key technical liaison, ensuring updates, escalations, and client satisfaction.
  • Risk & Escalation Management:
    Identify, assess, and mitigate development risks.
