Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate leads through social media, email campaigns, networking events, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to identify industries and companies that can benefit from digital marketing services.
- Sales & Business Development
- Pitch and present digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management.
- Conduct client consultations to understand business goals and pain points.
- Develop customized proposals and pricing based on client requirements.
- Close sales by handling objections, negotiating terms, and finalizing deals.
- Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate with account management teams for smooth post-sale transitions and client satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage leads, prospects, and clients through CRM tools to maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, conversion rates, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align client requirements with deliverables.
- Share client feedback and market insights to refine service offerings and strategies.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing Trends
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, strategies, and industry developments.
- Educate clients on the benefits and relevance of digital marketing solutions for their business growth.
- Negotiation and Contracting
- Negotiate pricing and service terms while ensuring profitability and value delivery.
- Facilitate contract preparation and signing to formalize client onboarding.
