Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive in PPC (Production Planning and Control), located in Haldia. The role involves planning and monitoring production schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, managing resource allocation, and coordinating with the production team to optimize output. The Senior Executive will also oversee inventory management, track production processes, and ensure adherence to quality standards to meet project deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in production planning, process optimization, and operational management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in resource allocation and workflow management
• Effective communication and team coordination abilities to work collaboratively across departments
• Familiarity with inventory control, quality management principles, and adherence to safety regulations
• Proficiency in relevant software such as ERP or other production planning tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or any related field
• Previous experience in the aluminum or metals industry is advantageous
