Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Recruitment & Placement Assistant to join our Cochin office. The role involves engaging with prospective candidates, following up on leads, and converting them into customers by effectively presenting our recruitment and training services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with prospective candidates from the lead database.
  • Explain recruitment opportunities, training programs, and placement processes.
  • Counsel candidates about requirements for overseas opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM/Excel.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews, documentation, and placement coordination.
  • Achieve monthly conversion targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the recruitment and training teams for smooth candidate onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree/diploma (any discipline).
  • 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is an advantage).
  • Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; prior experience with CRM tools is a plus.
