Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide effective training sessions on Java and software development concepts to enhance candidates' technical skills.
Maintain student records, curriculum progress, attendance, and assessment details accurately.
Prepare training materials, assignments, and hands-on project activities for learners.
Monitor student performance and provide timely feedback and guidance.
Ensure the training delivery aligns with industry standards and organizational objectives.
Support students during practical sessions and help them troubleshoot technical issues.
Coordinate with the academic team to plan schedules, evaluations, and learning outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Java and emerging software technologies
