Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily gardening and landscaping operations.

Carry out planting, pruning, mowing, watering, fertilizing, and pest control.

Prepare and maintain flower beds, lawns, trees, and shrubs in designated areas.

Ensure the proper use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment.

Monitor plant health and recommend solutions for improvement.

Plan seasonal planting schedules and manage irrigation systems.

Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of gardens and landscapes.

Manage and lead a team of gardeners, assigning duties and monitoring performance.

Train and guide junior gardeners or helpers in routine tasks.

Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with maintenance standards.

(+) Communicate with supervisors to plan future landscape improvements and resource requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum
  5 years of experience
  in gardening or landscaping.
• Minimum
  2 years of experience
  in field maintenance or supervisory role.
• Must hold a
  valid Indian Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Must be able to speak and understand basic English.
• Candidate must have a Diploma or higher qualification.
• Duty:
  8 hours/day, 6 days/week.
