Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist located in Coimbatore. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, conducting sales activities, analyzing customer data, and managing projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales teams, handling customer inquiries, maintaining CRM databases, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and derive insights
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with various teams
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
