Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain a strong understanding of GeM portal functionalities and procedures for electronic product sales.
· Assist in onboarding new products and suppliers on the GeM platform.
· Ensure accurate product catalog management, including data entry, categorization, and compliance with GeM guidelines.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and sales on GeM.
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights for improvement.
· Stay updated on GeM policies, procedures, and platform enhancements.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of GeM portal and its processes
Experience in electronic product sales, preferably in the government or public sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of government procurement rules and regulations
Experience with e-procurement platforms
Certification in GeM or related areas would be an added advantage
