The Steward/Waiter is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and prompt service to guests by taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
  • Present menu and provide detailed information about items
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
  • Ensure tables are properly set before service
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining area
  • Clear tables after guests finish dining
  • Handle guest complaints politely and inform the supervisor
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Upsell menu items when appropriate
  • Assist in room service when required
  • Support during banquets and special events

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
