**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher to join our dynamic team in Pune, Maharashtra, as a Data Modeling Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in data modeling to kick-start their career in the rapidly evolving field of data analytics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the design and implementation of data models that support the organization's business initiatives.

  • Work closely with senior data analysts and engineers to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.

  • Participate in the creation of entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs) and other documentation for data models.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and integrity across various systems.

  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.

  • Stay up to date with industry best practices in data modeling and analytics.

**Required Skills:**

  • Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.

  • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.

  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights from datasets.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

**Qualifications:**

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.

  • Freshers with relevant internships or projects in data modeling will be preferred but is not mandatory.
