Position Overview

We are in search of a developer with expertise in creating intelligent features for hybrid mobile applications integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile-oriented AI implementations using Flutter or React Native, particularly within CRM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop AI features for mobile applications (Flutter / React Native)

· Integrate AI functionalities into Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform applications

· Implement offline AI solutions utilizing ONNX Runtime or TensorFlow Lite

· Optimize model performance for mobile devices

· Develop intelligent automations using Power Automate

· Collaborate with CRM and UX teams to ensure seamless integration

Requirements

Mandatorily Required Skills

· AI Tools: Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, AI Builder

· Mobile AI Development: On-device inference, offline-first design

· Dev Tools: REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Azure DevOps

· Languages: Python

Required Skills (may not have one or the other technology, but matches at least 80% of the technologies listed below)

· Technologies: Flutter, React, React Native, Dart, JavaScript/TypeScript

· CRM Integration: Dynamics 365 customization, Power Apps, Power Automate

· Languages: C#, Dart, JavaScript/TypeScript

· Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools

Preferred Experience

· Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications

· Design hybrid architectures combining cloud-based LLMs with local SLMs

· Deploying SLMs for mobile environments

· Conversational AI within mobile UIs

· Experience in CRM or sales apps

· Agile development and cross-functional team collaboration

Soft Skills

· Practical problem-solver with a builder's mindset

· Excellent communicator across product, data, and engineering teams

· Agile development familiarity (Scrum/Kanban)

· Passion for emerging AI tools and Microsoft innovations
