Role Overview 

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior .NET Architect/Technical Lead with 15 to 18 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications using the Microsoft .NET framework. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the technical vision, architecture, and development of complex software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of .NET technologies, cloud platforms, software design principles, and leadership capabilities to mentor teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical architecture and design of enterprise-level .NET applications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Lead code reviews and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.
• Develop and optimise APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
• Architect and implement cloud-based solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of cloud-based applications.
• Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges during the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools in the .NET ecosystem.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 15-18 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.
• Expertise in database design and development using SQL Server or other relational databases.

• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
