Snowflake Data Engineer (Snowflake, SQL, Python Automation)

Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai

Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions using Snowflake and Python. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud data platforms, ETL development, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 4+ years experience in develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake SQL and Python.
  • Design data models and implement best practices for performance and scalability.
  • Automate data ingestion from APIs, files, and databases.
  • Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across pipelines.
  • Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to support dashboarding and reporting.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and system performance.
  • Implement security and access controls in Snowflake.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Snowflake (SQL, data warehousing concepts).
  • Strong Python skills for scripting and automation.
  • Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., ADF, Airflow ).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
