Role & responsibilities

  • Collect benchmark data on materials, technologies, and market trends (pricing, faade options, green building systems, etc.)
  • Prepare and maintain project trackers (cost, timeline, consultant deliverables, statutory approvals)
  • Prepare cost comparisons and financial summaries for developer review
  • Conduct periodic site visits to track progress on construction activities
  • Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and environmental practices
  • Prepare photo-logs, progress reports, and highlight deviations from schedule or design intent

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to structure complex information into actionable outputs
  • Working knowledge of construction workflows and terminology
  • Comfort with Excel, Word, and digital collaboration tools
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while escalating key issues
  • Hindi and Marathi fluency preferred for site coordination
