Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Project Manager with strong experience in real estate development, commercial, residential, and office projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management and architectural design, with the ability to lead projects from conception through execution, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end management of real estate, residential, and office projects, from design to construction handover.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review and approve design drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Ensure that project design aligns with client requirements, brand standards, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction/Project Management.
  • 8–9 years of experience in real estate, residential, and commercial/office project management and design.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction processes, and real estate development cycles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, BIM/Revit preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage project risks, resolve conflicts, and address design or site challenges proactively.
  • Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and cost control.
  • Lead and mentor internal teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
  • Deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
