Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage daily, monthly, and annual environmental reports (Env. report, revenue budget, chemical consumption, RO breakdown, COD/MLSS/MLVSS data).
  • Track and manage ETP/STP/Lab chemicals, indents, logbooks, and performance reports.
  • Monitor GPCB/CPCB websites, OCEMS data, and ensure compliance with legal/environmental requirements.
  • Conduct plant rounds, identify observations, and circulate daily updates.
  • Manage environmental SOPs, ISO 14001, EcoVadis, and audit documentation.
  • Schedule and track Env. TBT trainings.
  • Send samples for analysis and follow up with vendors.
  • Track payments, AMC of critical equipment (belt press, STP, aeration blower, etc.), and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Review and implement new requirements in Env. Legal, ETP, RO, and STP.
  • Conduct lab analysis (pH, TDS, COD, NH3-N, MLSS, MLVSS, hardness, SV-30, jar test).
