Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Female Factory Helper to assist in various stages of the manufacturing and assembly process within our factory unit. The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to follow instructions accurately to ensure the efficient production of our car accessories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Support: Assist skilled staff and machine operators with the preparation and handling of materials (e.g., fabric, leather, foam) used for car accessories like seat covers and floor mats.
  • Assembly and Finishing: Help in the simple assembly, sorting, and finishing of manufactured goods, such as trimming excess material, organizing parts, and packing finished products.
  • Quality Check: Perform basic visual checks on products to identify defects and ensure they meet the company's quality standards before packaging.
  • Material Handling: Move raw materials, components, and finished products within the factory floor as required, ensuring proper storage and organization.
  • Workshop Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workstation and surrounding factory area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Adherence to Safety: Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures at all times.
  • Other Tasks: Perform other general factory and manual labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a factory, production, or stitching/tailoring environment is an advantage, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks and light lifting (within safety limits).
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially for quality checks and accurate assembly.
  • Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and a commitment to completing assigned tasks.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team under the guidance of a supervisor.
  • Language: Basic proficiency in Tamil to understand instructions.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
