मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

  • स्टाफ और मेहमानों को चाय, कॉफी और अन्य रिफ्रेशमेंट परोसना।
  • पेंट्री और किचन एरिया की साफ़–सफ़ाई और हाइजीन बनाए रखना।
  • पेंट्री स्टॉक (चाय, कॉफी, दूध, स्नैक्स, पानी की बोतल आदि) की देखभाल करना और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर रिपोर्ट करना।
  • मीटिंग्स, कॉन्फ्रेंस और ऑफिस गैदरिंग के दौरान खाने-पीने की सर्विस में सहयोग करना।
  • बर्तन, क्रॉकरी और कटलरी को साफ़ और व्यवस्थित रखना।
  • माइक्रोवेव, कॉफी मशीन, वॉटर डिस्पेंसर आदि जैसे बेसिक पेंट्री उपकरणों का उपयोग करना।
  • ज़रूरत पड़ने पर ऑफिस स्टाफ की छोटी–मोटी मदद करना।

योग्यता:

  • पेंट्री बॉय/ऑफिस बॉय के रूप में पहले का अनुभव वांछनीय।
  • चाय/कॉफी या रिफ्रेशमेंट बनाने का बुनियादी ज्ञान।
  • साफ-सफाई और व्यक्तिगत हाइजीन की आदत।
  • विनम्र, अनुशासित और प्रस्तुतिकरण में अच्छा।
  • निर्देशों का पालन करने और समय का सही उपयोग करने की क्षमता।
