JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Resume Marketing Coordinator to support candidates in their job search by effectively promoting their profiles to recruiters, staffing agencies, and potential employers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of job portals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate and track multiple job applications simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and manage candidate profiles on job portals such as Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster, Career Builders, Dice, and LinkedIn.

Market candidate resumes to employers and recruiters through targeted email campaigns and job applications.

Customize resumes based on job descriptions and align profiles with industry requirements.

Track application status, interview schedules, and recruiter feedback.

Maintain and update candidate databases and daily activity reports.

Coordinate with candidates to understand their career preferences and job expectations.

Follow up with recruiters and hiring managers to generate interview calls and job leads.

Monitor job trends and recommend improvements to resume formats and application strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.

13 years of experience in resume marketing, bench sales, recruitment support, or job placement services.

Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple candidates and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online job portals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with US/UK/Australia staffing or recruitment firms.

Knowledge of IT and non-IT job markets.

Understanding of resume formatting, keyword optimization, and ATS compliance.
