Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Professional who can develop and manage our website, CRM system, and AI-based automation tools.

You will play a key role in connecting our digital systems, improving data flow, and ensuring smooth technology-driven operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain the company website with high performance and strong security.
  • Integrate website features with CRM and other internal systems.
  • Design and implement a custom CRM for real estate and financial operations.
  • Automate lead management, sales tracking, and client communications.
  • Implement WhatsApp Business API and AI-driven chatbots or automation workflows.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) by collaborating with management and department heads.
  • Maintain accurate data systems and generate analytical reports for business insights.
  • Continuously research and deploy AI innovations to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in web development, CRM management, or IT system design.
  • Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL / SQL databases.
  • Experience with CRM tools or custom CRM development.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp API, ChatGPT API, Zapier, or Twilio.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills (experience in BRD creation preferred).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in the real estate or financial industry.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • A proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and love for innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
