Job Title: Coordinator
Location: 12/6 Dayal Nagar, Gurukul Industrial Area, Faridabad
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations by managing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the drive to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of orders.
- Maintain records of POs, vendor communications, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure requirements are captured and fulfilled effectively.
- Monitor order status and resolve any issues or discrepancies proactively.
- Support the team in day-to-day coordination tasks to maintain seamless workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, procurement, or vendor management (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
