We are seeking a Senior Wordpress / PHP Developer with deep expertise in WordPress Core, Themes, and Plugin Development, Advanced PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Shopify, CIO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications, strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development are essential. What you'll do

• Lead development and maintenance of custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver high-quality websites.
• Ensure responsive, secure, and optimized code practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term fixes.
• Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.
• Work on API integrations, WooCommerce, and custom backend features as required.

Your qualifications

Technical:

• 8-12 years of designing and delivering Wordpress / PHP applications.
• Deep knowledge of WordPress Core, Themes, and Plugin Development.
• Advanced PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with ACF, WPBakery, Elementor, Gutenberg, etc.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, MySQL, and hosting environments.
• Git version control and deployment practices.
• Experience with performance optimization and security hardening.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira/Trello tools.
• Experience with multilingual plugins (WPML/Polylang). (Good to have)
• Exposure to headless CMS (e.g., WordPress + ). (Good to have)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for WordPress. (Good to have)
