Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Appian Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Appian development, workflow automation, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement business applications using Appian BPM platform.
  • Develop process models, rules, interfaces, and integrations within Appian.
  • Work on workflow automation to streamline business processes.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data integration and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure application performance, maintainability, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Appian BPM (latest versions)
  • SQL development and optimization
  • Workflow Automation design and implementation
  • Strong coding skills for custom integrations (Java or related languages preferred)

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of Appian plug-ins and connected systems
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps practices
  • Basic understanding of banking and financial services domain
