Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Architect to lead the design and execution of innovative building projects. The ideal candidate will combine artistic vision with practical construction knowledge to deliver functional, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Development: Create conceptual and detailed architectural designs that align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Project Planning: Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Technical Documentation: Develop detailed blueprints, specifications, and construction documents in compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
- Sustainability: Integrate eco-friendly and energy-efficient solutions into designs.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs meet legal, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Licensing: Valid professional license/registration (as per local regulations).
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
