Overall Purpose of The Job
Ownership & accountability for BU Cluster programs and campaigns that assure V. Group compliance with, and delivery against, all current and projected legislative, industry, and client standards and best practices, supporting with data-led analysis of performance trends and root causes to ensure continual improvement of our service delivery and statutory obligations, and effective adoption of new, value-add standards as may be required.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks
I. Program Accountability: Assist in establishing Group-wide Assurance programs includes vessel audits, PSC/vetting preparation, weekly summary updates and campaigns to assure compliance with legislative, industry, and client standards.

II. Data Analysis: Provide support for collection, organization and analysis of required data, assist in trends and presentations.

Provide support for programs to address or support performances.

Identification of performance trends and proposals of corrective plans & programs.

III. Compliance Support: Engage with other Marine Assurance team members, emphasizing compliance with Company procedures, policies, and specific Group HSSEQ initiatives.

IV. Safety Culture Promotion: Actively engage with employees and subcontractors on HSSEQ issues; promote Company safety management processes and Group's key safety leadership behaviours.

V. Performance Monitoring: monitor performance objectives and KPIs, aligning with Group and Marine Assurance objectives.

VI. Reports Uploading: Upload reports and supporting documents to ShipSure for inspections, audits, on-board training and other activities conducted by Assurance Marine Consultants.

Review of PSC reports quality, check ShipSure that the PSC inspection is recorded, and the report is uploaded. Collaborate with relevant VCG to resolve any missing data entry (PSC group & Sub-group code).

VII. Administrative tasks: Maintain record keeping of all feedback of all consultants. Assign of tickets in V link. Assist Assurance Technical Team in different administrative tasks.
