Job Title: Manager - Projects - Wind (Lender Engineering)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Manager - Projects - Wind (Lender Engineering) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Lender Engineering, along with in-depth knowledge of wind power technology and project management. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of wind energy projects, including feasibility studies, detailed project reports, cost control, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of wind power technology and its application in real-world projects.
- Take ownership of Owners Engineering, including the review of design documents and overseeing Lender Engineering projects.
- Manage the overall project lifecycle, including cost control, team management, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.
- Independently prepare Techno-commercial feasibility studies, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and conduct resource assessments for wind and hybrid projects.
- Oversee and manage Lender Engineer activities, ensuring that projects are executed within the required standards and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and guidelines, including those issued by IS, IEC, CEA, CERC, MNRE, and other international regulatory bodies.
- Work on Wind-Solar Hybrid Projects and their application for various use cases and business models.
Mandatory Skills:
- Lender Engineering experience is a must.
- Proficient in Wind Technology and Project Management.
- Experience in conducting Techno-commercial feasibility studies, preparing Detailed Project Reports, and Resource Assessments for wind and hybrid projects.
- Strong understanding of relevant standards, including IS, IEC, CEA, CERC, and MNRE guidelines.
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and teams, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Exposure to Wind-Solar Hybrid Projects for different use cases and integration techniques.
Education/Qualification:
- B. Tech in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
Years of Experience:
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in wind power projects, Lender Engineering, and project management.
