Spanish Language Executive Patient Appointment Scheduling (US Healthcare)

Spanish Bilingual | Night Shift | Work From Home

Position Overview

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Patient Appointment Scheduling Specialist to support US healthcare operations. This is a permanent work-from-home role requiring night shift availability aligned with US time zones. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in patient appointment scheduling or patient calling within US Healthcare (RCM) and demonstrate strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities Schedule patient appointments using computerised scheduling systems (Bilingual -Spanish).

Promptly respond to emails, online chat messages, and inbound/outbound calls in accordance with company KPIs.

Resolve patient issues and consistently meet or exceed service expectations.

Collect, record, update, and maintain accurate patient demographic, financial, and insurance information.

Handle new patient registration, including gathering medical and demographic details, verifying and explaining insurance benefits, and completing procedures to schedule appointments.

Communicate with patients, family members, and referral sources with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.

Participate in ongoing training programs and stay current with industry best practices.

Provide patient, compassionate, and supportive customer service at all times.

Adhere strictly to company policies related to confidentiality, compliance, and data security.

Effectively multitask, problem-solve, and perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Mandatory

Willingness to work night shifts (US time zones) Mandatory

Should have own laptop/system

Mandatory experience in Patient Appointment Scheduling or Bilingual Spanish voice process.

Experience in the healthcare RCM field will be preferred.

Strong computer skills, including managing multiple systems, applications, and browser tabs simultaneously.

Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Office 365.

HSC or above.
