We're seeking a skilled UI Developer who can transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web applications. You'll work closely with our design team while also having the creative freedom to design and develop secondary pages independently. This role is perfect for someone who thinks like a designer but codes like an engineer.

What You'll Do

  • Convert Figma and other design files into clean, responsive React components
  • Build modern frontend applications ready for seamless backend integration
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure design intent is preserved and enhanced
  • Design and develop sub-pages and non-critical interfaces independently
  • Implement modern UI patterns and component libraries
  • Optimize applications for performance and user experience
  • Work with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development cycles

Requirements Essential Skills

Frontend Development:

  • Experience with ReactJS, including hooks, context, and modern patterns
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
  • Knowledge of CSS frameworks/libraries (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or similar)
  • Understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)

Design-to-Code Conversion:

  • Proven experience converting Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs to code
  • Attention to pixel-perfect implementation
  • Understanding of design systems and component-based architecture
  • Experience with design handoff tools and processes

Design Skills:

  • Basic UI/UX design principles and best practices
  • Experience with design tools (Figma preferred, Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and spacing systems

Modern Development:

  • Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Knowledge of effective prompting techniques for code generation
  • Experience with modern build tools mainly Vite and package managers
  • Proficient with Git version control and collaborative workflows

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge for API integration
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)
  • Familiarity with design tokens and design system management
  • Previous startup or agency experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹31,336.12 per month
