Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls/messages.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, and service requests.
  • Maintain customer records and update information accurately.
  • Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely responses and service delivery.
  • Provide daily reports and feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
  • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)Benefits:
