We are looking for a warm, energetic, and sales-driven professional (Female) to be the face of a premium wellness center. This role blends front office management with proactive sales, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well-served.

Position: Sales & Guest Relations Executive

Location: Siri Fort, Delhi

Shifts: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Week Off: Monday / Sunday (as per schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with registrations and service inquiries
  • Upsell wellness services and achieve revenue targets
  • Build strong rapport and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Maintain accurate client records and guest account details
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Ensure the front desk and center remain clean, organized, and inviting
  • Recognize returning guests and personalize their experience
  • Stay updated with center developments and maintain communication logs

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for wellness and hospitality
  • Experience in front office, customer service, or spa/wellness industry preferred
  • Organized, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
