About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in edtech and AI-driven content creation. This role requires expertise in managing LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will bring 8–12 years of professional experience, combining social media management with strong data and AI skills to optimize content strategy and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook for edtech.

· Create AI-powered and data-driven content tailored to audience preferences and emerging trends.

· Analyze social media metrics and data to track performance, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights.

· Collaborate with marketing, data, and content teams to align social media with broader business goals.

· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to continually refine tactics.

· Manage social media calendar and coordinate timely, consistent posting across all platforms.

· Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages to build a strong online community.

· Stay up-to-date with platform algorithms, tools, and best practices, especially leveraging AI and data engineering techniques.

· Lead initiatives to automate content creation and reporting for efficiency and scalability.
