Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Full-Time HR Faculty Member to join our academic team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of teaching or industry experience, with strong subject knowledge in Human Resource Management and Labour Laws of both India and GCC countries. The role includes delivering lectures in both online and offline modes, ensuring high-quality engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach HR and labour laws
  • Handle online & offline classes
  • Prepare lessons and materials
  • Support students academically

Eligibility:

  • MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) / MHRM / LLB with HR/labour law specialization
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or HR industry
  • Good communication and teaching skills
  • Basic knowledge of online teaching tools
