Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to design and build highly scalable and maintainable mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart, and be capable of producing high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build advanced mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Implement and maintain a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
  • Monitor and improve app performance.
  • Stay up to date with new Flutter developments and integrate necessary features.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or in mobile app development.
  • Proficient in Dart programming language.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and tools.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns like MVVM or MVC.
  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of modern mobile architectures and best practices.
  • Understanding of the mobile app lifecycle, including deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Solid knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with state management techniques such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.
  • Experience with push notifications, Firebase, and analytics is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (Firebase, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with native Android or iOS development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
