Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Senior Video Editor
with at least
3 years of professional experience
to join our team. You will be responsible for editing high-quality video content across a variety of platforms including web, social media, ads, corporate videos, and branded content. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with a solid grasp of visual composition, pacing, and audio design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos, ensuring alignment with brand identity and storytelling goals.
  • Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, and sound design to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Color grade and sound mix video content for professional output.
  • Manage and organize media assets and project files with attention to detail and version control.
  • Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Stay current on industry trends, editing techniques, and digital storytelling methods.
  • Provide feedback and mentorship to junior editors when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years
    of professional video editing experience in a production, marketing, or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Premiere Pro
    ,
    After Effects
    , and
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Audition, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and post-production workflows.
  • Experience with color correction and audio mixing.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing a range of editing styles and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A good eye for detail and storytelling; capable of both creative and technical editing.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in motion design, animation, or 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.
  • Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
  • Knowledge of YouTube/SEO best practices and social media trends.
  • Experience working with branded content or commercial clients.
