Experience Required: 2+ years in Academic Counselling

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Academic Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of international education systems, university application processes, and a strong track record of guiding students through successful admissions abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents about study abroad options including courses, universities, and destinations (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe).
  • Guide students through the entire admission process — university shortlisting, application preparation, SOP review, visa documentation, and interview prep.
  • Stay updated on admission requirements, deadlines, scholarships, and visa rules.
  • Coordinate with university partners and maintain strong relationships.
  • Conduct seminars, webinars, and information sessions when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling.
  • Strong knowledge of destination-specific admission processes and visa regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
