• Proficient in utilizing various online job boards and platforms to source and build relationships with potential candidates
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage your candidate pipeline and source effectively
• Pre-screen candidates and assess their suitability for open positions and cultural fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates to the recruitment team and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, techniques, and best practices for identifying and engaging passive candidates
