Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams and resolve service-related concerns.
  • Provide support for account setup, documentation, and order processing.
  • Manage escalations and ensure proactive communication with customers.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and providing guidance on Transway Group services.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Gather feedback and share insights with management to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Logistics, or related field).
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
  • Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
