Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) Amadeus. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and ticketing/fare auditing skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, client-centric environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written) as validated through a client-approved language assessment.
  • Accent-neutral and clear communication.
  • For Level 1: 1218 months of hands-on experience on Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo (latest versions preferred).
  • For Level 2: 18+ months of GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) with demonstrated expertise in complex ticketing, reissuance, and fare auditing.
  • Prior exposure to Farelogix is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to identify process gaps, perform trend and root cause analysis, and implement improvement measures.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and eagerness to learn new systems and tools.

Experience

  • Level 1: 1218 months of relevant experience on Amadeus.
  • Level 2: 18+ months of relevant experience with advanced knowledge of fare construction, exchanges, MCOs, residuals, and schedule/name change processing.
  • Exposure to Farelogix preferred.
  • Proven track record of high-quality performance with low error metrics and minimal ADM/financial loss exposure.
