Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing creative concepts, mood boards, and campaign decks for seasonal collections, fashion films, and social media shoots.

  • Research visual references, emerging trends, and cultural cues to inspire creative direction.

  • Support on-set art direction — ensuring the visual tone, styling, and composition align with the concept.

  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and designers to maintain consistency in brand storytelling.

  • Work with design and marketing teams to adapt campaign visuals for digital, print, and editorial use.

  • Help with pre-production — from location scouting and prop selection to lookbook layout and presentation decks.

  • Assist in curating and organizing creative archives, past projects, and visual inspiration databases.

  • Contribute to post-production feedback, ensuring final imagery reflects the intended creative direction.

Requirements:

  • Strong visual sensibility and understanding of composition, color, and styling.

  • Basic proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

  • Knowledge of fashion trends, photography styles, and current cultural aesthetics.

  • Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Strong sense of curiosity, openness to experimentation, and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Passion for editorial storytelling, mood building, and concept-driven fashion imagery.

  • Awareness of high-fashion brands, independent designers, and subcultural aesthetics.

  • Ability to think visually — transforming abstract moods or ideas into tangible concepts.

  • Keen eye for detail and a natural sense of visual rhythm.
