Senior Manager- Data Analytics

Roles & Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for delivering various BI projects as requested by the internal business teams on a regular basis.
a. Oversee and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of projects which should result in accurate analysis, faster decision making while maintaining data security.
b. Transform the reporting and visualization platform (currently on Power BI) to be world-class.
c. Becoming a thought partner for front-end teams across the SBIFM landscape as an SME on reporting and visualization.
d. Ensure front-end visualization are captivating and would call for action, enabling leaders to make the right decisions at a fast pace.
e. Managing the MSBI development team of 15-20 people
f. Make the backend architecture agile and use efficient data warehousing and ETL techniques to optimize cost.
g. Drive top-line growth for the company by improving conversion of deals through better qualification and more information to base decisions on.
h. Work very closely with Sales, Investment, Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance and HR teams to understand business requirements, and help build the appropriate reporting structure to meet those requirements.
i. Present to senior leaders of the company as you build a state-of-the-art visualization platform for Reporting and Analytics.
j. Set up end to end real-time interactive dashboard for the company, with a great understanding of the business requirements and domain knowledge, with the expectation that we push the boundaries way beyond what's being done today.
k. Collaborate with multiple teams to drive business outcomes with speed
