Position Summary: The Hands-On Execution & Technical Assurance Lead

Eva Ad Ventures is seeking a highly capable
Site Engineer
who will serve as the
primary execution and technical lead
on site. This demanding role requires a unique individual who can combine robust
hands-on civil and structural execution
with the
technical capability to verify and assure the structural integrity
of our large media installations.

The successful candidate must be a working leader who can manage the team, oversee all civil works (foundations), and personally ensure that the final steel structure is safe and structurally sound, guaranteeing compliance against all load calculations (e.g., wind load).

Experience:
3 – 5 Years (Min. 2 years in general civil/structural site execution)

Reporting To:
Project Manager / Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities (Execution, Management & Technical Assurance)

• Hands-On Leadership:
  Lead by example.
  Actively work alongside the team, supervising, assisting, and personally verifying all stages of civil and structural assembly. Serve as the direct site foreman/leader.
• Structural Assurance & Analysis:
  Act as the on-site technical reviewer.
  Must possess the capability to read, understand, and verify structural drawings, load calculations (dead load/wind load), and material specifications
  to ensure the final structure can safely hold the required weight and withstand environmental stress.
• Civil Works Mastery:
  Personally oversee and guarantee the quality of all foundational civil work (excavation, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring).
• Structural Execution:
  Manage and assist the team during the erection, welding, and precise bolting of custom steel support structures.
• Drawing Interpretation:
  Utilize
  CAD drawings
  (e.g., AutoCAD) on-site to guide execution, mark up changes, and ensure structures are built to specification.
• Manpower Management:
  Assign daily tasks, enforce work discipline, and ensure maximum productivity among the site labor.
• Compliance & Safety:
  Ensure all execution complies with engineering standards and local municipal building codes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:
  Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience:
  3–5 years
  of professional experience, with a mandatory minimum of 2 years focused on
  direct, hands-on general civil construction and site execution.
• Technical Capability:
  Strong practical knowledge of
  civil site practices
  (foundations, concrete) AND the
  technical knowledge
  to understand structural design principles, load analysis, and drawing creation/interpretation.
• Mandatory Skill:
  Proven ability to manage a team while actively performing hands-on work.
  (You must be willing and able to execute the technical work.)
• Software Familiarity:
  Familiarity with structural analysis concepts and the ability to interpret technical drawings from software like AutoCAD is highly desirable.
• Attribute:
  Exceptional leadership, high work ethic, strong problem-solving ability, and resilience required for field work conditions.
