Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Tekla Modeler, Tekla Checker, and Team Leader. The role involves creating detailed structural steel models using Tekla software, checking models and drawings for accuracy and compliance with industry standards, and leading a team of modelers to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with the detailing team, ensuring quality control, and maintaining communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Tekla Structures for modeling, checking, and detailing
  • Experience in structural steel detailing and understanding of industry standards such as AISC, CISC, BS, and IS codes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to coordinate with team members and communicate effectively with clients
  • Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, and offshore structure's steel detailing is a plus
  • Proficiency in other engineering services such as connection design, nesting, and drafting is beneficial
