Architect end -to -end AI solutions that address complex business problems, leveraging machine learning, deep learning, and other AI techniques. Oversee the design and development of AI models to meet project requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and accuracy. Lead the conversion of AI/ML models into APIs that can be easily integrated by other developers, promoting reusability and interoperability. Perform advanced statistical analysis on large -scale data sets to derive insights and inform decision -making processes. Manage project infrastructure and oversee the development of AI models and projects, ensuring robustness, reliability, and scalability. Work closely with machine learning engineers, data engineers, and AI engineers to collaboratively develop and deploy machine learning models and systems. Architect, build, maintain, and enhance a suite of algorithms and underlying systems, continuously innovating to improve performance and efficiency. Implement end -to -end solutions for batch and real -time algorithms, including tooling for monitoring, logging, automated testing, and performance optimization. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to create and deploy new product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analysis, model development, validation, and implementation, driving operational excellence. Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team to adopt best practices and contribute to and reuse community best practices, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. REQUIREMENTS: University or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, 10+ years' experience developing and deploying using Python scripting languages 5+ years' experience developing and deploying machine learning systems. Strong experience working with a variety of relational SQL and NoSQL databases, Experience with at least one cloud provider solution (AWS, GCP, Azure), Strong experience with object -oriented/object function scripting languages: Java,  C++. Ability to communicate with clients and team confidently. Industry experience building innovative end -to -end Machine Learning systems, Ability to quickly prototype ideas and solve complex problems by adapting creative approaches, Experience working with distributed systems, service -oriented architectures and designing APIs, Strong knowledge of data pipeline and workflow management tools, Expertise in standard software engineering methodology, e.g. unit testing, test automation, continuous integration, code reviews, design documentation, Solid understanding of common programming languages used in AI, such as Python, Java, and R Advanced knowledge of statistical and algorithmic models as well as of fundamental mathematical concepts, such as linear algebra and probability Experience working with large data sets and writing efficient code capable of processing large data streams at speed Familiarity with deep learning and machine learning algorithms and the use of popular AI/ML frameworks Excellent communication skills
