Position Summary:
The Admissions Officer plays a pivotal role in our student recruitment and enrollment process. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions journey, from initial application to student arrival. The Officer ensures a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for prospective students and their agents by providing timely and accurate communication at every stage. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of the admissions process and supporting the institution's recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Processing & Assessment:
Conduct thorough assessments of applications, including academic qualifications, English language proficiency, and genuine student (GS) requirements.
Ensure all assessments are completed in accordance with institutional policies and compliance standards.
- Offer and COE Management:
Create, verify, and approve Confirmation of Enrolments (COEs) accurately and efficiently.
- Relationship and Communication Management:
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with education agents and institutional partners.
Ensure effective internal communication and coordination with staff across various departments.
- Data Management and Post-Intake Activities:
Perform precise and timely data entry into the student management system.
Manage post-intake processes, including handling student deferrals, cancellations, and related administrative tasks.
- Process Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the admissions process.
Share constructive recommendations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Additional Duties:
Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned by the Admissions Manager.
Requirements :
A Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Excellent Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: High computer literacy and confidence with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite); requires no foundational training on these tools.
Fast Learner: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new internal database systems and software applications.
Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work, from data entry to document preparation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹27,000.00 per month
