About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development, customization, and module integration. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality business solutions. This role offers hybrid flexibility with both work-from-home and office availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (community or enterprise).
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Build new features, integrate third-party applications, and enhance existing modules.
  • Work on Odoo backend (Python) and frontend (XML, JavaScript, QWeb).
  • Debug, test, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, QA teams, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in deployment, updates, and version migrations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills & QualificationsCore Technical Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of strong experience with Odoo Development.
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo backend & frontend development.
  • Experience with Odoo APIs, module creation, and customization.
  • Knowledge of Odoo deployment, server management, and version migration.
  • Familiarity with Git, Linux, and CI/CD workflows.

Soft Skills

  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Strong ownership and responsibility for deliverables.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
