Qualification: MSc/MTech Biotechnology

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic MSc/MTech Biotechnology graduate to join our R&D Analytical Development Lab (ADL) as an apprentice for 6 months. This is a hands-on training opportunity to learn and work with analytical techniques used in biotherapeutic development such as chromatography, electrophoresis, and method development.

This is a contractual role, and based on your performance and team requirements, you may be considered for a full-time position after the apprenticeship.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with chromatography and electrophoresis tests like SEC, IEX, HIC, RP, cIEF, CE-SDS, and CE-LIF.
  • Support method development and validation for biotherapeutic products.
  • Carry out routine lab experiments including colorimetric and spectrophotometric assays.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of your work.
  • Follow lab safety and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
  • Help prepare SOPs and reports as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • MSc or MTech in Biotechnology.
  • Basic understanding of chromatography and electrophoresis is helpful; eagerness to learn is key.
  • Comfortable working with lab instruments and computer software (MS Office).
  • Detail-oriented and careful in lab work.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Additional Information:

  • This is a 6-month contract apprenticeship based in Ahmedabad.
  • After the apprenticeship, you will be evaluated for a possible full-time role based on your performance and available vacancies.
