We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing construction and property development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing residential apartments and commercial office project, with hands-on experience in creating and implementing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract buyers/investors, and contribute to overall business growth.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to support business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends & new opportunities and collect accurate market data.
  • Converting leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels; use data-driven insights to optimize results.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage related documentation.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related degree.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in marketing for construction, real estate, or property development companies.
  • To compile and follow at the rules of the Organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Candidate must have to know EXCEL & Computer based skills.
