Specialist / Executive / Sr. Executive

Department: Accounts Receivable (Finance & Accounts)

Afternoon Shift (2.00 pm to 11 pm) 2 Days Off

Job Description:

  • Generating customer invoices
  • Co-ordinating with operation team/client team for billing inputs
  • Verifying billing input with contracts
  • Recording customer receipts
  • Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies
  • Monthly closure activities (Accrual, adjustment etc.)

Qualification and experience:

  • B.com / Inter CA
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AR function
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • SAP working knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/word
  • Good verbal and written English language skills
