Job Title: SAP CPI-DS Consultant (Integrated Business Planning Integration Specialist)

Location: Bangalore/Noida

Engagement Type: Contract

Experience Level: 6+ years overall SAP experience, with 3+ years hands-on in SAP CPI-DS

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI-DS (Cloud Platform Integration – Data Services) consultant to support our SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementation and subsequent support phase. The consultant will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations between SAP IBP and external systems (including custom ERP and other enterprise applications)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data integration solutions using SAP CPI-DS for SAP IBP.
  • Analyze business and system requirements to define integration strategies and mapping logic.
  • Configure CPI-DS tasks, data flows, and process chains for IBP data interfaces.
  • Work with SAP IBP functional consultants to understand planning area structures, key figures, and master data models.
  • Support connectivity and data flow between IBP and external systems (e.g., Titan, SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or third-party systems).
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CPI-DS jobs for performance and reliability.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for interfaces and integration processes.
  • Participate in transition to steady-state support and provide ongoing operational support post go-live.
  • Collaborate with SAP Basis, Security, and Network teams to ensure integration reliability and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in SAP CPI-DS (Cloud Platform Integration – Data Services).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP IBP integration scenarios and data model structures.
  • Experience with SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or non-SAP system integrations using CPI-DS.
  • Proficiency in designing data flows, tasks, and workflows in CPI-DS.
  • Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) principles.
  • Experience with connectivity setups (Cloud Agent, SSL, Certificates, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) for process integrations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of SAP Data Intelligence, SAP BTP Integration Suite, or SAP Data Services (on-premise).
  • SQL skills to manage DB and understand/write stored procedures.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
