Job Role: Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and technically strong Data Analyst to join our Data Operations team. This role goes beyond traditional data cleaning and entry—you will play a key role in building high-quality databases, supporting outbound GTM strategy, enriching ICP targeting, automating data workflows, and enabling predictable pipeline generation.

You will work closely with the Founder and Data Team to ensure our outbound lead generation efforts are powered by accurate, enriched, and intelligently prospected data.

We are looking for someone who has a "will figure it out and come up with a solution" mindset and is active in exploring tools, platforms and new approaches that can help in growing the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection, Cleaning & Structuring

2. Collect, clean, normalize, and structure data from internal tools and external platforms (e.g., Easyleadz, Apollo, Lusha, , Clay).

3. Ensure 100% accuracy in data formatting, deduplication, validation, and CRM entry.
4. Standardize naming conventions, job titles, industries, revenue segments, and ICP fields.

2. ICP Targeting & GTM Data Modeling

• Support ICP creation by identifying patterns across industry, persona, company size, and intent signals.
• Build enriched company and contact profiles using advanced enrichment workflows.
• Identify high-potential accounts using firmographic, technographic, and intent-based signals.

3. Automation & Workflow Optimization

• Build Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, enrichment, and quality checks.
• Automate repetitive data collection and enrichment workflows using APIs, scraping tools, and automation platforms.
• Assist with integrating data flows into outbound tools (email automation tools, CRM, sequencing tools).

4. Reporting, Dashboards & Insights

• Create and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools for: Data quality reporting, ICP penetration, Lead flow visibility, Prospecting productivity & Campaign-related datasets
• Analyze trends and proactively flag data issues, inconsistencies, and optimization opportunities.

5. Collaboration & GTM Support

• Work closely with the GTM Engineer to support outbound targeting strategy and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure they receive high-quality prospect lists for campaigns.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions around ICP updates, new verticals, and experimental GTM approaches.

6. Quality Assurance & Process Ownership

• Maintain accuracy benchmarks for all datasets.
• Run quality checks before campaign launches.
• Continuously improve data processes, documentation, SOPs, and automation pipelines.

Tools & Technologies

Experience with some of these is expected (not all required):

Data & Enrichment

• Phantombuster, Clay, Dropcontact, Lusha, Apollo, , Octoparse, etc.
• LinkedIn scraping tools, APIs, and extensions.

Technical Skills

• Python (Pandas, Requests, Automation scripts).
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make/n8n.

Analytics

• Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau (good to have).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Management, Engineering, Analytics, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in data operations, analytics, lead generation, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Regex, Data Cleaning).
• Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Requests) for automation & data manipulation.
• Familiarity with automation tools: Phantombuster, Dropcontact, Clay, n8n, Octoparse, Waalaxy, Kaspr, Make or Zapier.
• Strong understanding of B2B data sources and enrichment tools (Lusha, Apollo, , etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, agencies, or lead generation firms.
• Experience building internal tools, scripts, or automation products
• Experience using AI tools for enrichment/scoring/automation.
• Enthusiastic about automation, AI tools, and process optimization
